Grantham Masterplan
The Grantham Masterplan was developed by incorporating the views and opinions of all the towns' stakeholders. It provides a broad strategic focus for a number of town centre projects designed to improve the town visually, socially and commercially.
The Masterplan has resulted in a realistic Action Plan that provides a prioritised and deliverable method of achieving the Masterplan’s aims with the regeneration of the town at its heart. The plan for Grantham should attract considerable additional investment to make the vision of creating a more desirable location for residents, visitors and businesses a reality.
Project aims:
- To establish a Masterplan for Grantham which allows the town to flourish as a successful sub-regional centre.
