The Board of Directors, drawn from the Public, Private and Charitable sectors directs the activities of Lincolnshire Enterprise and there are 'Observers' who attend Board meetings from: East Midlands Development Agency and Government Office East Midlands to ensure that proper procedures are followed.

Stringent procedures and financial standing orders are in place to ensure that Lincolnshire Enterprise carries out its business in a right and proper way. We work closely with the Enterprise Development team in the Economic Regeneration department of Lincolnshire County Council. Our relationship with Lincolnshire County Council is Governed by a Memorandum of Understanding
