The Regional Growth Fund
The RGF is a £1.4bn fund which is designed to encourage enterprise, growth and jobs in the private sector and support areas and communities that are dependent on the public sector. The first round of the Regional Growth Fund was announced yesterday, and Lincolnshire was unsuccessful at this stage with the four bids put forward.
The second round has been announced today (April 12th). The Greater Lincolnshire Enterprise Partnership will be playing a co-ordinating role for the second round of the Regional Growth Fund, and companies considering a bid should make contact with the LEP Secretariat, either Ruth Carver (ruth.carver@lincolnshire.gov.uk), or Clare Hughes (Clare.hughes@lincolnshire.gov.uk ) 01522 550515 in the first instance.
