Lincolnshire Enterprise adheres to the principles of openness and accessibility embodied in The Freedom of Information Act 2000 to disclose recorded information held by the organisation.  Exemptions to this commitment are applied if it is deemed that the public interest in not disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in disclosing it.
